Still waiting for my order to arrive , I have had no email confirmation, and nothing to say when it will even be delivered!
I have emailed them asking to be refunded but still nothing”

“Waited for a week already after the first arrangement of delivery and the parcel still not delivered. The drivers don’t even try to call me when they are outside of my apartment, they will just took a picture outside and leave just to say that they try to deliver it.”
“I have bought to items from AE within the last 2 months. First a Sharp washing machine broke down after 1 week too 6 weeks to get a replacement. I bought a fridge that was delivered last Friday 09/02/2024 unboxed it to find a huge dent in the side of it. Needless to say I won’t be buying from them again.”
