“I brought a Samsung 65inch Tv from Atlantic and it was delivered to my house before Xmas, it was meant to be a gift for my daughters room. when we went to install it there was Clear damaged to the screen. I reported it back to them and they didnt respond to this for over 3 weeks. It is very poor service in Deed. In the end they didnt even try to get it fixed or take any responsibility for this.!!!

There has been a delay in Hisense shipping stock of this product to us.
We are getting this in stock from Hisense on Monday 14th October, and will ship out the same day by DPD courier, for delivery to you on Tuesday 15th October.

We do not ship products from China.
There was an issue with DPD delivering your parcel, amd it was returmed bck to us.
We had to wait for them to return it back to us, and we then shipped it out again to you, and DPD confirmed that you have now received it.

Your item is due for delivery to us from Ninja on Monday 15th January. We will ship out this order on the same day Monday 15th January by DPD courier, and delivery to you shouldl be on Tuesday 16th January. DPD wil e-mail you tracking details on Monday afternoon, and they will also text you a 1-hour delivery time slot message on Tuesday morning at around 10:30am.

We apologize for the inconvenience you faced with the machines making a whole lot of noise like bangs. Could you please let us know if you have removed the transport screws from the back of the machine as per the instruction book you will only hear the banging noise if you don't remove the transport screws if you are unsure you can reach us on the phone 020820806999.
We have tried to call you to explain on the phone as well but no one answered so we have dropped the email on how to remove the screws.
