“I purchased 4 dining chairs. They arrived in two separate boxes. I opened the first box and put together one chair. It was very poor quality and the wooden legs were damaged. The other chair was the same. I didn’t open the other box as I needed four. I returned the chairs for a refund. A few days later I noticed that the refund was for less than I paid.After complaining I was told that they had deducted return costs for the unopened box as it was not damaged. Luckily I spotted it or they would have got away with it. They really expected me to keep two awful chairs when the other two were faulty ! After a complaint I received the extra £10 back. I wonder how many people have not realised and ended up losing out. I would not use this company again as they appear to be dishonest.”
