“I bought some kitchen stools for £99 each and I bought three . The quality of the material of the seat is poor . The leg and the screws are also of poor quality as they didn’t fit correctly . Unfortunately we found the issues as we were building it and just make do and improvised rather than return . Don’t buy from this site , the quality isn’t worth the price.”

“July 2023, drove from Surrey to Birmingham to view a huge range of kitchen stools. Bought 4 at £130 each. At that time I was able to give a glowing report and review.
Some time after, one of the arms opened up to reveal the padding. I complained and was offered a replacement but I was going to have to pay as it must have been our fault. I declined and we carried on using it.
Shortly after that the pedestal split from the base on another stool. That was replaced free of any charge as it was considered a fault in manufacture.
This has now happened again with another stool and furthermore, a third stool simply sinks lower on its own. Useless.
Atlantic are not prepared to do anything as the warranty is for 1 year. This is now 2 years. Won't be rushing back to Birmingham.”
