“July 2023, drove from Surrey to Birmingham to view a huge range of kitchen stools. Bought 4 at £130 each. At that time I was able to give a glowing report and review.
Some time after, one of the arms opened up to reveal the padding. I complained and was offered a replacement but I was going to have to pay as it must have been our fault. I declined and we carried on using it.
Shortly after that the pedestal split from the base on another stool. That was replaced free of any charge as it was considered a fault in manufacture.
This has now happened again with another stool and furthermore, a third stool simply sinks lower on its own. Useless.
Atlantic are not prepared to do anything as the warranty is for 1 year. This is now 2 years. Won't be rushing back to Birmingham.”
“Found the exact type of stool I was looking for absolutely over the moon with them. This is the second lot of stools I have purchased would not look anywhere else
Great company*****”
“The Reef stools I purchased were marketed as having solid wooden Oak finish legs and the pictures reflected this. They arrived however with Birch Plywood legs and look very different. When returned as non conforming Atlantic have still deducted ££45 of return shipping fees.”
“The order was delivered very quickly and the stools came very well packaged and protected. The stools were very simple to assemble and are great quality, very sturdy and look fantastic.”
“The 5 Leah kitchen stools arrived in 2 days after placing the order. Very comfortable easy to assemble and well made. These stools replaced the kitchen stools we purchased from Atlantic Shopping 8 years ago. They were still in perfect condition but we wanted a change and the grandson liked spinning round on them which was getting a little dangerous. If these stool last as well as the other stools we sahll be very happy. Many thanks”
“A really lovely bar stool that arrived quickly and was very easy to construct - it only took a couple of minutes. And a great price too! Can't fault the item or the service. Thank you”
“Easy ordering and very fast delivery

“Found the perfect kitchen stools on this site- a seamless buying experience from start to finish. The quality and comfort is excellent and they fit under our breakfast bar perfectly as they are not too deep. Really pleased!”
