“I asked for a swatch to ensure the colour match of the stools I was ordering was good. I was told swatches aren't available, but assured that the colour displayed on the website was an accurate reflection.
This is a blatant disregard for actual facts. The online image shows light grey, the actual chairs are a taupe-grey.
As I no longer have the original packaging (but was happy to buy/take replacements and re-package the mis-sold ones in these boxes) Atlantic Shopping are unwilling to help, despite my purchase being directly based by the information provided by them. Clearly there is something amiss, perhaps the staff are trained to say anything to get an order? I would strongly recommend any potential buyers look elsewhere as they have no morals when it comes to rectifying the mis-representation by one of their team”
