“The carpenter arrived on time. He was pleasant and professional. He worked quickly and proficiently and left everywhere clean and tidy. I was extremely impressed with him and with the quality of his work. I would have no hesitation in recommending Aspect if you are looking for someone to work in your home.”

“I found the service extremely efficient and of an excellent quality from the initial telephone contact and booking, to the very friendly and skilled handyman to the easy payment system. I have already recommended Aspect to my family and friends and will continue to do so, and most certainly will be using them again, my next project is some shelves to be put up and painted and Aspect will be my first choice for this job”

“The story went.. I called the number, they picked up... they were quick and easy to talk to. Two days later, the guy arrived with a smile, fixed my window with no issue. Cleaned up after himself and left. Reasonable pricing and great customer service. Would definitely recommend. Shima”

“I've used Aspect for loads of jobs now - plumbing, electrics, roof work and more. They have almost always been excellent. The one time one of their guys messed up, they were apologetic and refunded me - but that was very much the exception. A more normal example is the last job they did for me, installing a new shower onto an old and difficult system. The plumber was punctual, polite and did the tricky job superbly well. And he didn't even want a cup of tea. I recommend Aspect to all.”

“Rang Aspect when my boiler broke down recently during a cold spell, predictably. They prioritised the call out in light of the fact we have an 8 month old baby. Engineer arrived on time and was incredibly helpful and efficient. Identified and fixed the problem (which required a replacement pressure - he carried a spare and so was able to fit this at the time). Charge by the half hour and for the replacement part. Total was very reasonable. Miles better than any other heating engineers I've ever used. Will definitely use again in the future.”

“Booking was simple and straightforward with an appointment time agreed. The glazier turned up on time at the beginning of the agreed slot. He was friendly and got on with the job with no fuss. Excellent service. Will use them again for other jobs.”

“I needed a new cistern, ended up needing a new toilet, but also wanted some taps changing. Got an engineer for the next day. He was on time, very professional and efficient. It was neither the most expensive or cheapest hourly rate advertised but the job got done that afternoon and I'd definitely recommend this engineer.”

“I liked the way it was possible to make a definite appointment, which was kept pretty exactly by the Aspect staff We needed a roofer, and he was pleasant and competent. I thought the charges were reasonable, and we got a good idea of what the job was going to cost from the hourly rates published on your website. Thank you Would use Aspect again”

“I was absolutely thrilled with the service. Upon first contacting aspect, they got back to me straight away and had a gardner booked in on the date I requested (2 days later). Adam arrived promptly and was an absolute delight. Polite, efficient and very good at his job; he had the garden looking immaculate in record time! As I had paid for a half day he then helped me by hanging up a dozen prints that I had been putting off doing myself. I will definitely use this service again.”

“I found Aspect through an internet search for 'air conditioning servicing'. Initial phone enquiries were helpful and efficient and we quickly arrange for someone to be on site. The problem was diagnosed quickly and arrangements for repair were made soon after. I found the whole process quite efficient. I will certainly keep Aspect in mind for future building maintenance issues.”
