“An utter shambles. They lied about costings over the phone during the booking. Then they sent another liar to do the work who charged us for more hours than agreed even after being asked to stop when he went over agreed time. Was also charged hidden costs when the lying contractor went to get materials charging us for the time, pick up charge and materials he forgot to bring for the job in the first place. When we complained, Aspect has sided with the lying contractor. Avoid this company at all costs who take advantage of elderly and disabled customers. Scum to say the least!!!”

“I used them for the first time today and never again! They have charged me £95+vat even though they did not fix the problem (a blocked gutter). I gave them an opportunity to come back again to fix the problem but they wanted to charge me another £200 plus Vat. Please please don’t use this company!”

“What went wrong? Everything. Security was totally compromised to my premises as the engineer failed a thorough check before leaving. It took three weeks or more to eventually receive a detailed explanation for the second call out charge. This was only due to my chasing them. The gesture of no charge for labour but nonetheless a necessity to charge for extra materials on second visit didn't go far enough. Having a host of accreditations does not necessarily imply a trouble free experience. Utterly dissatisfied with this service.”
