“I would highly recommend Aspect. The assessor provided clear and obviously well-informed advice. The engineers were very polite and helpful. We feel very reassured and confident with the quality of the work undertaken. We are therefore currently organising for two other jobs to be undertaken by Aspect and will be using them again in the future given that they stand behind their work with a guarantee.”

“Tiffany is a credit to your company. She is dilligent and thorough and although the parts i was looking for were hard to come by and the overseas suppliers were slow and hard to get hold of, she kept in touch with me at all times either by phone or by email. Many thanks.”

“This was the first time I've used Aspect so initially I was slightly sceptical. I had a leak in my bathroom which I was worried was going to get worse throughout the night. But first of all I spoke to a member of staff called Glen who was incredibly helpful, friendly and informative. This made me feel reassured that I was using a quality company. Then the engineer who attended my property arrived within just 2 hours of making the booking. His name was Chris and he did an excellent job which I'm very happy with. I will certainly be using Aspect again if I need them.”
