“The carpenter was unable to fix the door but in his attempt to help he made the problem worse and we so could not use the security lock. He returned but could not fix the problem and had to undo what he had done so the work was aborted and damage occurred in the process. I immediately raised a dispute with Aspect and they have been evasive as best. I have been promised several times they would investigate the matter and call back an no one has. But they have taken payment for an 1.5 plus VAT ( the original job took less than an hour) and a week later are telling me there are still looking at the dispute. They should never have taken the money and I now seriously doubt their integrity and think they are cowboys”
