“Engineer can within 90 minutes of my call. Chris was very polite and respectful. He took his shoes off to go upstairs which was appreciated. He showed a high level of expertise and professionalism and solved the problem very quickly. He showed awareness of the high emergency fees being paid and worked quickly and efficiently to minimise these. A good experience. Thanks.”
