“Did not give lip service like a lot of Agencies. The person that I was dealing with wasn't available halfway through my Job application and the person that took over knew just as much about the application. Polite, easy to deal with. Impressed. I tend to group employment agencies with estate agents and not quick to be positive about them neither enjoy writing reviews. Good service!!”

“I came across Ashdown Group in 2014 however wish I'd discovered them much earlier! I regularly contact Robyn Hollow with vacancies. Robyn has always provided an excellent service and a good selection of CVs that have led to a successful appointment each time. “Ashdown Group identified me as a fit for a role before the role was widely advertised a week later. When the role eventually appeared on other job boards it was obviously a fit for my skills but Ashdown had given me a head start. My contact at Ashdown (Sheryl) was excellent in helping me prepare for each stage of the recruitment process, providing me with information about what I could expect at each interview stage and had an excellent insight into the companies culture, benefits and structure. After I was successful in getting the role, where some recruitment agents would consider the job done, never to be heard from again, Sheryl kept in contact with me to ensure that things were going well and gave me some positive feedback from my new employer, which gave me confidence in the early days of a new job. I cannot recommend Ashdown Group as a recruitment consultancy choice strongly enough.”
