“I had applied for a role that Rebbeca Taylor (ASHDOWN GROUP) was advertising. I then called to confirm that the role was still available and it was. Rebbeca spoke to me about the role in more detail which provided me with a deeper understanding of what type of role I was applying for and what tasks in consisted. She had a very good knowledge of what the role consists of and the company culture. She then organised a telephone and a face-to-face interview which went very well At the time when she was organising a face to face interview I was very busy with work and was constantly travelling. There were multiple times where the dates that her client offered for the face -to-face interview were no good to me. Rebbeca went above and beyond and handled that whole situation exceptionally well liasing with her client and my self to find a time that suited us both. There were also signs of great team work at AshDown Group as there were times when Rebbeca was away and her colleague Epiphany Wright-Nash stepped in and helped as if I had been in contact with her from the beginning. Overall I was very happy with their assistance in making my next career move.”
