“Good pricing found, and easy to take-up policy with chosen insurance provider, but really difficult to then stop irritating follow-on Emails coming from Asda Money.”

“First time I've purchased an online car insurance policy, just before xmas and paid in full only to find out after xmas that it had been cancelled and apparently I'm not entitled to any of the money back. Never going to buy online insurance again.”

“I am furious!! I was informed that Asda Car Insurance would beat any online quote so I decided to go with One Call Insurance as they were the cheapest. However, after I signed on with them they informed me that they were not made aware that I had 3 points on my licence for a speeding offence. I told them they were aware as it was on the compare the market site and was uploaded when ever I looked for a quote. They then informed me that they were going to increase my monthly payment to £47 per month. I told them I could not afford this and cancelled my policy. They are now hounding me for £184 cancellation charges although I was originally told the cancellation fee would be £55.99. I pointed out that the "cooling off period" started from when they changed the policy. I have now gone with another insurance company but One Call are still trying to bully me into paying for nothing - very disappointing and will not use Asda Car Insurance again. There is a scam going on here somewhere.”

“Not thrilled with constant added amounts you want for ‘extra’ mileage. When we are already paying over £100 in payments a month, I feel the need to ask what the hell for when you are just constantly asking for more money for mileage 😡”
