“Depot sent out totally inferior timber that was on the website as joinery quality and then expect me to stand the expense of returning it for a refund. DO not reply to emails promptly seems as though if you do not have an 100,000 pound order they have a very poor service attitude. buyer beware go to b and q”

“I ordered timber on a Tuesday for a Friday delivery. As this was urgent I rang again Thursday to make sure the delivery was allocated. I was assured it would be with me Friday. On Friday after waiting until 3.30pm I again rang up and was told the driver was about 1 hour away from me. At 4.50pm I again rang and was told the driver had returned to the depot without delivering my goods I had my builders booked for Saturday morning which did not go down very well. I was then promised first delivery Monday ,didn't happen and at 3.30pm finally got my timber.”

“The prices were OK, the planned delivery date was good, the driver that turned up was very good. It's a shame that the driver on the previous days round had forgot to put my load on their truck!”
