“From initial consultation, to design and then completed kitchen the support and advice given was superb. Richard Rowland offered expert advice and was always willing to talk through any queries and concerns and together with Caroline produced a wonderful design. Steve, the fitter was punctual and his attention to detail was exceptional. The work done by the plasterer, electrician, plumber and tiler was also of a high standard. Carol kept me informed at all stages of the process. Along the way there were a number of issues including damaged splash back, bins and freezer door which Carol sorted promptly. The project was managed all the way through and the fit and finish was completed to a very high standard. Would highly recommend.”

“Had first class service from Aristocraft from the moment we went to the showroom Richard helped us choose and designed an amazing kitchen for us . Steve the fitter worked so hard and did a first class job a real perfectionist when it came to fitting the whole kitchen Thank you Steve .The other trades we had that contributed to it also worked to perfection .Would recommend this company .”

“Keep it short and sweet, choice,and Steve the fitter excellent . But thats where the positives stop, we are now10 months after “completion” and a recurring issue unresolved, constant appointments cancelled at last minute and incorrect replacement parts ordered. After sales customer service very poor”

“I am delighted with my new kitchen and would recommend Aristocraft kitchens to friends and family. Richard was very patient with me and was happy to meet with me on a number of occasions to discuss any concerns I had with the design of my kitchen. I was very impressed with the customer service. Carol phoned before the kitchen was fitted and discussed the process. She gave me her contact number and she has always been very helpful and followed up any requests I had. Last but not least Wayne fitted my kitchen and I could not have asked for a nicer person. He was patient, understanding and a really delightful person to have around. Many thanks to you all. Heather Chaloner”

“Quality of workmanship was excellent. The 1909 kitchen is every Woman's dream.. The designer Caroline did a fantastic job. All staff were polite and very respectful.”

“From an un rushed welcome in the showroom to an understanding excellent design through to disassembly of the old kitchen, the bank holiday service of the skip company, excellent electricians and plasterers and eventually a wonderful fitter, the whole experience was first class. Not to say there were not one or two slight hiccups, as there always is, but these were sorted in the same manner as the rest of the work was carried out and then to cap it all a visit from he managing director to check the installation.”

“Aristocraft did an excellent job on our kitchen, the design which Richard made was very unique and innovative. The fit and finish was also completed to a very high standard and I would recommend the fitter Wayne to friends and family. The project was overseen by Carrol who ensured everything was running smoothly. It was a pleasure working with Aristocraft kitchens.”

“The brilliant service and quality kitchen. The whole team were friendly and relaxed with no 'hard sell'. Luke designed the kitchen to the spec that we wanted that no high street chain could offer. Carol managed the fitting brilliantly, coming back to us straight away for the slightest of problems and Ryan did an amazing job with the fitting. Overall we are really pleased and will definitely return to Aristocraft in the future for our bedrooms 😀”

“Quality service right from the design point through to fitting. Kept fully informed by Carole throughout the process. Nice finishing touch from the MD to visit and quality check and good follow up calls to make sure I was fully happy”
