“The twist in sensors miss lots of shots. If you live in a place where you get winter don’t even bother, you can only get a year subscription. Why not offer a month by month or 6 month option? Also the customer service is bad.”

“The automatic shot tracking is amazing. This was exactly what I was looking for. I purchased the grips with the sensors built in. I really enjoy the analytics after the round and it tells me what I need to work on in practice. The AI Caddy is the best out there. It is really like having a caddy there with you.”

“This product has a lot of promise but unfortunately it just doesn't deliver. I'm really very disappointed and quite sad about this. I really think I would love this system if they could just give up on the automated shot detection or at least augment it with the ability to manually touch a button on my watch to indicate that a shot was just taken. I've played about 10 rounds now using the Arccos system and I'm cancelling my trial subscription and just can't recommend it to people. They biggest problem is that it misses too many shots and almost all of my putts. The sad part is that there would be a very simple solution to this problem. When I pull a club from my bag, the app could just present me with a button that allows me to indicate that I am taking a shot from the current location. This could be done for all shots and all putts. My understanding is that the very early version of this system did exactly that. You wore a small device on your belt. You pulled your club, tapped it to the device on your belt and it recorded the location and club. Something like this that requires or at least allows for a small bit of manual intervention would go a long way to making this system useable. As it is it's not really useful because after each round it requires about 15+ minutes to go in and add shots and adjust locations of shots. Some additional problems: - My home course is not properly mapped. Some bunkers are missing and others are in the wrong location. - The app on iOS/Apple watch is really buggy and poorly done. Some examples: o when I tell it I am starting on a hole other than 1 or 10 because of a shotgun start, it won't stick with that hole o you can't zoom in enough on a hole to properly add a location of your shot o many times I haven't been able to get it to ask me to mark the location of the pin o several times after marking the location of the pin, it still asks me to mark the location of the pin - I can't seem to find an option for a monthly subscription, or anything shorter than a full year. I live in Canada and can only golf for about 6 months. It wouldn't be so bad but the price of a yearly subscription is just too high given all the problems this system has. - Due to the problems with missed shots and putts and a poor app, I spent far too much time trying to get the buggy system to work. This is distracting for me and to a fair extent my playing partners.”

“I've been using this on my iphone and it is very inaccurate. Misses at least 10% of iron shots and 30% or more of putts. I have to go back in and edit each of my holes played. I only like it because it shows my shots graphically and accumulates data for each of my clubs which I find interesting. I bought the LINK in hope to increase the accuracy of recording my shots, but on the VERY FIRST TIME of using it, it fell off my belt and I lost it! The clip is totally unreliable and very hard to open to put on your belt. Contacted support and they never responded. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE LINK AT ALL, NOR THE PRODUCT IF ACCURACY OF RECORDING YOUR SHOTS IS IMPORTANT!”

“If you’re a golfer that relies heavily on data, then this is a product that will help you individually dial in each of your clubs. The GPS service that it provides is pretty accurate within a couple of feet. A really great product for beginner golfers to help them understand distance, elevation, windage and the ambient temperature assisting them in their choice of shot making. To be honest, the product fee on an annual basis is a little pricey versus other products like rangefinders and GPS products that you would purchase on a one time basis. I still give it a five star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ review for innovation, accuracy and convenience. The company should consider a bundle package with all sensors and the belt clip accessory included with the annual fee. I have used a screw in sensors with my iPhone for approximately six or seven rounds of 18 holes each. I plan on purchasing a one year membership to continue to dial in my game. I am a disabled combat veteran and find this product very useful since it’s been approximately 20 years since I last picked up a golf club. I’ve been trying to recapture my swing for the last 4 years since retiring. After going out and getting new clubs fitted properly and the use of this product I believe I’m well on the right path of good golfing again.”

“Good on course gps, map, and wind calls. So far has been flawless with picking up each stroke. User friendly and simple interface. The only negative would be the smart distance calculation. It automatically edits out most mishits however it does keep some very obviously badly struck distances in. Easy to edit yourself still but you do have to dig around in the app some to figure this out. Maybe a more in depth initial setup intro.”

“The amount of data is amazing! Just stared playing again after a long hiatus. This gives great idea on what you need to work on to chip away at your handicap. I have found that my approach shot is what’s costing me strokes. I was certain it was my drives. Arccos is where it’s at. I will recommend this to anyone looking to improve their game!”
