“Almost a great product -- consistently misses shots / puts depending on if you use the watch function or not -- So every round, I still take a score card and have to reconcile it against the app -- Really, That's not the deal breaker for me though -- it was the customer service. I tried Renewing my account out on the course and could not. It locked me out so I was not able to track a round for a tournament, it took customer service almost 2 weeks to unlock with more rounds going untracked, and then they offer literally zero service recovery for the inconvenience. Over that time I decided this was not worth my time and energy, theres a lot of other tools out there -- For being a service / subscription based company, their leadership should consider some type of service recovery as golf tools used out on the course are such a word of mouth type of referral source -- Unfortunately, I will not and would not recommend.”

“I’m having trouble editing my shots. On Friday it showed me with 1 stroke 5 holes in a row. The only way I could add strokes was by adding putts. Very frustrating. I’m ready to delete my history but I can’t figure out how to do it ☹️☹️☹️”

“So far I like it. Only a few rounds in with the full set but it’s what I needed. Not sure about the distances to pin etc but like the shot tracking so I can tell what I actually hit my clubs.”

“Unfortunately I have only got to play 4 rounds so far. What I have been able to play , I really like the information I have received from these. I also purchased the link. I highly recommend getting the link. Picks up all my shots. Much smaller and lighter than carrying your phone around.”

“I am a 65-year- old with no official handicap as yet but from old school can't accept anything higher than 28! I am finding Arccoss very useful in helping me understand my rounds. Support has been excellent. Only advice would be to double check you have selected "Shot detection" at te start of your round. You can't exactly recover those shots you are proud of if not recorded!!. Looking forward to continuing improvement.”

“I like this product quite a bit. I think they are better than the garmin that I have. The one negative is that I have them for what was termed a 45 day trial. It took them 15 of those days to reach me. I’ve used them 3 or 4 rounds and like the results but my trial period is about up and I have too much invested in the garmin to switch at this point. If you are trying to choose between the two, choose Arccos !!!”

“I had some difficulty in sinking courses when they had 27 holes. Trying to find the right 18 combination. Also in many instances putting was not recorded accurately. Overall I’m very satisfied with the system.”
