I got to admit I was absolutely shocked when this technology worked exactly the way it said it would. The trackers are 95% accurate and give you a ton of information and work quite well and super easy to use. I use the link device and the only problem I've ever had. Every once in awhile I lose GPS but other than that it's a really exceed in my expectations.

I am really excited about this product. After 90 holes, Arccos has enough data to advise you what club to use on the course based on your previous shots, weather and elevation. And if you decide to choose another club, it will give you a percentage on you making that distance. It can sometimes be a little fiddly editing your shots during a game but the app is consistently being improved. And most importantly, my handicap has gone down by 3 shots in 3 months.

Ended up not finding it useful. More effective to use your own head, keep your own stats, calculate your own yardages and what not rather than have a smartphone app do it for you - ends up getting in the way of things and oftentimes doesn't reflect what is going on in your game. I was given some as a gift, but after using for 4-5 rounds, I re-sold them on Amazon at a discount to MSRP.

Too fiddly to set up. Decided to cancel but can’t cancel without emailing them and telling them why you want to cancel. Probably how they make money

Just genuinely a trash product. Great idea, and actually bought Cobra irons to get the Arccos grips. You're LUCKY to have half of your shots tracked. App annihilates your battery. Thought it was just me, but 5 buddies all had exactly same reviews. Tbh Cobra (and Ping for that matter) got shafted in the partnership.

Great concept, just extremely unreliable “ADD ONS”; the remote sensor broke immediately; if you play a lot and like to use Bluetooth for earphones, etc, you CANNOT if you are using the phone to “sense” shots.

Unfortunately due to how the system works using the phone's microphone you cannot use Bluetooth devices with your phone while using it for shot detection. If you still wish to use Bluetooth devices on your phone, as an alternative you can use an Arccos Caddie Link or Apple Watch for shot detection instead. So guys , I use the smart sensors. I have to say working most of the time ok if I use it with my iPhone / Apple Watch. But I also purchased the link …. Sorry but this is missing to many shots. You can’t see on the apply watch or it tracked the shot when using it with link. Why other functionality on the watch depending whom is providing GPS data. The software has to many flaws …. I have the feeling you think we have time enough to go debug your software when playing Golf. Requesting a review of your app issues when round is just finished …. Maybe we had not had the time check all holes. images that do not reflect the actual state of the golf course. If you missed a T-shot on some holes and want to edit afterwards you can’t because the actual Tshot gps position is not on the images when you edit the hole. Now about the dashboard …. You have so many faults on it that I am questioning the accuracy of the analysis of the data. Example . You talk about 20 rounds average on and 10 round average o; the some page …. Which is the correct one. When I complained and send you screenshots your engineer doesn’t make the effort to analyze the data send as I get an email with requesting to explain in detail which is clear if you have 2 different references for the analysis of data ( 10 and 20 rounds) . It’s ver clear that the link of the selected x rounds is using sometimes the wrong var in your software. If you want us to debug your software …. You should not charge us or provide us with discounts ! I am still using the smart sensors but neeo change grips soon so I purchased the smart grips …. But if you charge a yearly subscription …. It’s a killer. This would be a reason to go for the shotscope V3 product as … no subscription fees… Before overcharging to all of us you should get your act together and fix the software problems you have….

After free trial ended I was charged for a yearly membership with out authorization or notification. On top of that to cancel a membership you must email them explaining why you don’t wish to pay for the membership or why you no longer want to use it. No way to remove payment method or cancel without emailing them.

I’ve been using a couple of years. Found the customer support excellent. I think the product is pretty awesome in both focussing where you need to work, and creating additional motivation. Had few issue tracking shots. A game changer.

TL;DR Save your money. Especially when they want a $120 subscription fee on top of the purchase of the $180 sensors, and the $130 Caddie Link (if you don't want to have your phone in your lead pocket as Arccos forces you to do to track). The product is not there yet. It has potential, but its not ready yet. Don't get it. Give it 3+ years. I didn't want to review Arccos to spare them, but they kept asking for a review so here it goes. This product is just not there. Its as if they were a kickstarter or something and released it before it was even ready. While I think $130 for a glorified bluetooth transmitter (the Caddie Link) is VERY steep, I could live with that. But what I can't live with is the $120 subscription price on top of that to use a product that doesn't work. In addition, they FORCE you to have at least 8 sensors to use it (including on your putter???). It costs $180 for sensors. I am currently trying to cancel my subscription and they claim there is no account under my email, which is ironically the same email address they sent this request to review them. They're playing games with me trying to cancel, yet they're happy to send me infinite marketing emails. Aside from all the overpriced stuff, the biggest reason I cant give a good review is because the product simply doesn't work. Its only tracked maybe five percent of the holes I tried it on having attempted 100's of holes with it. And the only round it really worked fully for again was when I completely babysat it and was more focused on keeping the tech working than my golf swing. Not to mention the one time I babysat it and it actually did work, it absolutely RAVAGED my phone battery. I had a portable charger with me and plugged in the whole time and the battery drained even faster than the charger could keep up. It barely made it a full round of 18 holes with a charger plugged in even from when it was at 100%. Absloutely ridiculous. I know this negative review will probably just dissapear or get bot buried but thank you for listening to my vent. And if someone from Arccos reads this, don't take it personal. I don't hate you, I hate the product you created. Please revamp everything about arccos that's the only way it will be worth it.

Worked great for about 18 months then sensors starting missing every other shot. Arccos customer service said if the diagnosis showed they were okay it must be me, but my cobra driver with it built-in works every time. So obviously the sensors must have a fault. Shocking service given the annual subscription

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The customer service is terrible. I asked a couple of questions and got zero response. Then to cap it all after my free 3 month trial ended they simply assumed i would want a full year members1hip and took circa £86 from my credit card without my authorisation! I am currently in dispute awating a response

The product and customer service are not what it should be. The product (buttons and caddy link) DOES NOT work well at all with the Pixel. Their tech service admitted the mics in the Pixel are the issue, yet the still sell it without warning. I purchased directly (mistake) and it is taking more than 30 days to get a credit. Customer service just doesn't care. Finally called VISA to dispute. Buyer beware, this is a company that is full of promotion and lacks performance!

I have been using the arccos sensors for a couple of years now and really enjoyed them. I decided to get new clubs and noticed the ones I wanted came with the sensors in the grips. I thought it would be a seamless transition because of it. After spending 2000 on new cobra clubs I now need a subscription even though I own the set that does not require a subscription. This is ridiculous that I cant use my new clubs with the app because they came with different sensors... I cant even open the app to unpair them it goes directly to the subscription page.

Have used Arccos since the beginning of the season. On my second Link. Picks up only about 70-80% of my shots, and rarely a putt. Spend so much time at the end of the round editing shots that it missed, which ultimately means my data is not accurate. In my opinion, its been a waste of money. Hasn't helped my game.

I bought the Arccos Caddie, as I was returning to Golf after 15 years and wanted to do it better than before. As an engineer, I really wanted to go into the details of what part of the game needs improving most, and after using it for 6 months, I got down from a beginners handicap of 54 to 29, and played yesterday my best round of 88 on a par 70 course! I really like it that i can focus on the weak areas, as the impression you have is not always what the numbers show . Thank you for this great product, Franz from Austria

So far, so good. Received as a 60th bday gift (thanks to my playing partner recommending to my wife) and have used for 2 rounds and I’m hooked! My playing partner has the caddie mounted to the cart as well so we both can use it for shot distance. I love reviewing my round to see where I need to improve. So much data!!! I did have to buy the optional putter sensor for the Super Stroke grip ($20) Else it’d be 5 stars all the way.
