I have been using Arccos for about 2 1/2 years now. I got back into golf after my kids left the nest. I started to focus on my iron play, distance and accuracy. It amazing how the testosterone level factors into golf shots for males lol. It’s the best purchase I have ever made in regards to golf equipment. I’m much more confident in exactly what club I need not to over swing and lose control, I consistently hit in the mid to high 70’s on a course where traps are always in the front of the greens! I’m working on the under par round. I have already had 3 people get them, everyone is always asking me about them, how most of my shots are mostly pin high. Trust me I have been playing since high school, 45 years of on and off golf. This product is amazing. I use my phone in my pocket I was concerned with that at first, doesn’t bother me it’s convenient to check distances. I tried the clip on, the clip broke the first day. That sucked. But I found I like the phone better. Highly highly recommended for all golfers to get these sensors. Thank you Arccos. Mike Howe. Included a picture of my hole in one to! Second one

Pretty decent overall. I have had this about 6 months. Frankly for the money it simply drops too many shots and sensors already not getting picked up after just 6 months. And, it is aggravating to adjust and add a shot while playing a hole. Great concept, good company and product needs some work.

Customer service is good to deal with as they have sent replacement arccos caddie smart sensors. The problem is every time I use them only some of the sensors work. I was excited to try these but have been disappointed every time I play golf. I gave them 2 stars as customer service has been good and the gps telling distance to the hole is accurate. It’s the sensors not communicating with the app that is the issue and unfortunately that was the reason for the purchase. I would not recommend them to anyone and wish I had saved my money.

Initially I was very happy with the system. However after a few months too many shots were missed by the GPS and eventually two sensors stopped working after 10-11 months. (One being the putter) I was therefore reluctant to pay for another years subscription (at an ever increasing cost) and as such Arccos did not stand by their 2 year sensor guarantee and would not replace the sensors. A very good system but too much seems to be spent on ever increasing stats that go beyond what the club golfer requires and as such becomes very expensive to maintain. Pity.

I'm just getting back into golf after a few years off. I like the idea of the system telling me which clubs to use - but it doesn't seem to be accurate after 7 rounds. Sometimes I duff a ball and it doesn't register as a shot on one of them, even though the ball was about 20 yards from where I last struck it. So far it's more ME than Arccos. I'm hoping as I play more it will become more accurate and there will be fewer duffs!

Worked great easy to setup. Wished it did not take 5 rounds to get your average distance. Unhappy that you have to pay $19.99 for adapter for sensor for Super Stroke putters. Probably a $.99 cent part to make. Overall happy using it for first time.

Missed too many shots, even with belt clip. Still a generation or two away from being useful and consistent enough.

This product simply does not work. I have an Apple watch and despite fully charging it I have never yet completed a full round. Watch runs out of power after approx 2hours 30 minutes. I am currently in a trial period but will not be renewing membership

Hello, sorry for the issues you have experienced. The Apple Watch app is currently in 'public beta' so there may still be a couple of bugs that we are working hard to fix to improve performance and reduce battery usage. We hope we can improve your experience in the near future. Thanks, Team Arccos

Hello, I am very satisfied with the whole Arccos system. Now that I have played over 90 holes, the Caddie Advice is also unlocked. Unfortunately this does not work I always get the message "Caddie Error" (see Picture) . Also, at this point, I can no longer recommend customer service as I have been waiting for a response for over a week regarding the previously mentioned problem. Please help me with the problem solving. (Request received 119049) Thank you Alex

At this time I am at 4 stars which in my world it is really good. If I had this for a year perhaps it would go up or down? So far I have already shaved 5 off my large 70 year-old's handicap from 27 to 22 because of the stats being generated. Why do I pull my 8i to the left but my longer stuff pushed to the right - accumulating the data helps - I just thought I was inconsistent actually I am consistently inconsistent and can now work on that.. Distances my clubs go.. interesting! wow an 8i goes that far!! but the smart distance gets you grounded. I do find difficulty with whether the putts are accurate and our game of gimmies means you have to go back in and adjust honestly but is easy on the iPhone. I expect my 2x per week game to get better now I understand a little more about how to use this - the corrections for wind and slope are invaluable and can make 2 clubs up difference. I just wish our club was consistent in where they place the flags when stating they are in #1, #2 or #3 location.

On my 5th round with my phone on the cart and the Link on my belt. FLAWLESS operation. Caught every shot and all my putts. Even a tap in. I have had a problem with my iPhone 8 and battery draining before the end of a round but I solved that by shutting down the screen between shots. Yesterday's round only took phone down to 62% remaining power. A very satisfied customer.

Almost amazing! Everything about the app is great except the quality of technology keeping track of shots and the battery drain on my phone. My phone tracks about 1/3 of my shots. I also bought a link (after hesitating because of the high price) and it fell off my belt on the first round. Before it got lost it counted about 60% of my shots. I would rather the sensors just be buttons instead, that way they would have a 100% success rate. Until then I think I'm giving up on the app. The information is great but having to guess at the distance of my shots after the round defeats the purpose.

I have used my device several months now and I have yet to go 1 round with it getting even 80% of my shots correct. That might sound good but I shoot a 75 and 80% of that is 60 strokes that means it is missing 15 shots. Which I have to go back and fix. Not worth it for me but for my coach yes. I do like it when it works my coach recommended it but I wouldn’t not buy it again or recommend it to anyone else. Just really let down by the performance and accuracy it is just too much hit and miss.

I had extremely high expectations of Arccos Golf, going so far as purchasing the Caddie Link so I wouldn't need to keep my phone in my pocket while playing. Unfortunately the results haven't lived up to these lofty expectations. The GPS seems to have a difficult time working properly, many shots aren't recorded at all, and the overall data falls short of what it promises to deliver. I'm willing to keep trying for the next couple of months since I dropped $129 for the Caddie link, but if results don't improve I will be cancelling the monthly subscription and accepting the fact I wasted money on Arccos. Very disappointed. I have reported the "errors" after each round for what it is worth.

I find the system would be best for a low handicap player. The results are ok but if you are inconstant it will not be able to give good club recommendation. The biggest problem is with shot detection - I find I spend time between holes correcting the app / shots from the previous holes. Its a big distraction during the round. I have the link device as well and it is not accurate - in one case it jumps 20 or 30 yards when looking at the app - its like its lost the GPS signal. I use my range finder all the time and do not rely on the app anymore.

The primary problem with Arccos in my year-long experience with it centers around the fact that it requires constant attention during the round. I bought the clip-on attachment hoping it would help its consistency but it did not. I also wanted to be able to easily mark where the flag was by clicking it so that I would at least get an accurate distance of my first putt but it was also somewhat erratic although less so. I must check its performance against my phone after every hole to see if it missed picking up a shot or a putt. It has problems around the green especially with chips that are flubbed or run across the green. It has a hard time being adjusted a few holes after a mistake which once again makes it necessary to check and adjust the shots after every hole which is just too long and distracting during a real round especially when competing. It won't let me mark the location of the flagstick unless I'm already on the green so if I'm getting ready to chip from just off the green I have to chip first. It sometimes misfires and thinks I've hit a club I didn't hit and carries the shot over from the last hole onto the present hole. Then asks me if I want to carry over shots to the present hole which I've not been able to even figure out what that means except that it really screws up things if I elect to do that, which then requires me to go back and delete shots from the last hole up to the present and recreate them from memory. Deleteing shots that link from a past hole to the present hole is difficult because they are often off the screen and are not visible enough to click on them to delete them. It is a great idea but at present it is too cumbersome and cantankerous to deal with. You need a caddie to just deal with correcting it on each hole. I started with the sensors that screw into the top of the grip and eventually went to the grips that have a place built into them for the sensors hoping it would make the readings more reliable. Another thing I found a bit distressing was that the distances it was recording when compared to the rangefinder could be off by 10 yards or more. I would shoot the pin then hit the shot and measure the distance the ball was short or long of the pin to get the distance for the rangefinder compared to what the Arccos gave after the putt was then hit. I'm on your side and really want you guys to get this functioning better. I like the idea of it and would be glad to help test it in the field if you have something you want to try going forward. I'm a single-digit handicap but have been a bit erratic recently due to some eye surgery. Last year I shot my age 6 times and I designed and built a private golf course in Pa 20 years ago with my friend and partner at the time so I'm familiar with all aspects of golf and love the game. Hope this helps and I can be reached at 954-614-5789 or richardd9229@yahoo.com Richard Darlington

I like the product. It makes you busy when you arrive at the golf course. The GPS works well and the system syncs well. I wish the instructions explained how to use the system better, but God forbid I didn't read everything(:

The Arccos system is amazing when using my phone. It has helped improve my game, and I feel like I have the benefit of having an actual caddy with me when using the system.

The Caddie is excellent; hardly ever misses a shot. Paired with the app and analytics, I'm really impressed with the overall product.
