I have bought 3 sets for family members and they all seem to really enjoy them. I personally am very impressed with the data collection capabilities and the graphic displays.

I really like Arccos Caddie....but Arccos Caddie Link hasn't worked correctly since I purchased it.....

Misses some shots but I'm a high handicap golfer and duff allsorts. Mates works great as he is a decent golfer. I expect better results with better scores. The distance and smart distance is great for me though. All I need to do is check it on the next tee box and edit it any shots anyway. Definitely worth its money.

It’s well worth the money for me. I love stats, and as long as you don’t expect perfection it provides a great experience! I’d be willing to bet it will get better, too!

The kind of data and analytics that is collected is great. As a con, the sensors life time is too short. This would be an improvement key point

It misses some shots and putts. But overall it is ok. You definitely have to have to have all your clubs linked

Great tech - will take some use to adapt fully to your needs - however, the accumulation of personal performance club data for each shot is invaluable and the ability to review and evaluate one's performance via the "dashboard" software interface at home can truly improve ability on the course, but also give the user a greater understanding of your actual results with your equipment and subsequent enjoyment of the golf experience during each round. The "Ask Caddy" option on the mobile app is an innovation that tracks your personal distance with each club and makes on course recommendations based on your position wherever your shot is located on each hole while taking into account current conditions on the ground (slope, hazards, distances) and in the air (wind speed, humidity, temp). Much more valuable than a range finder. And the ability to review and share detailed info on rounds with others after the match is a bonus (when my score is not too humiliating haha). Customer support has been phenomenal and while the club sensors have not always functioned perfectly, replacements have arrived without too much delay. The "Link" allows one to park the phone in the cart instead of front pocket, but I immediately purchased a cart phone holder b/c I really enjoy seeing the overview of each hole in front of me as I approach the next shot. Battery life hasn't been an issue for me thus far (purchased in 2020) and I have Pixel 4 Android. Only reason my review isn't a five star is that the software has missed picking up shots at times - but overall this is a fabulous tool to increase one's enjoyment of the game.

I really like the system, however I would appreciate it more if the putting system would be a little bit more accurate because it often misses strokes and I would also like if the tags had some sort of way of confirming with the belt device on strokes because sometimes I will hit the ball and it will not register.

Had issues with delivery but was sent a £12 refund as an apology. Product still hasn't arrived yet but Nice touch to ease the blow. Good to see there is good support before I've even got the product.

I like the product quite a bit but it has quirks. To be honest I feel more upset by the lack empathy on some of the customer support responses below. Some of the users are giving you really good feedback on how to make your app and system better. Take it in, thank them vs defending what you have. What you have is good but can definitely be improved. - satellite maps, more flexibility in preview caddie to assess more options, removing certain shots from stats,...-. Anyway, take it in, show a growth mindset, thank folks for their feedback -and do something with it-, help them make the most with what they have now, and let’s make this a great community.

I have been using smart sensors for a couple of years and love the way they work. I have been able to track bad habits and correct some of them so I was really looking forward to adding a Link to my game. I didnt realize when I ordered it that it wasnt comparible with my sensors. I have been looking online to update them but I cant find anywhere in the literature a statement telling me which are compatible and which aren't. Is there an easy way to tell?

As mentioned on our product page, Arccos Caddie Link is not compatible with 1st generation products, including Arccos Driver and Bluetooth putter sensors. You will require all your sensors to be 2nd generation and these are the ones that are paired via scanning, rather than via a button on the top. I've had Arccos since end May and in that time have reduced my handicap by 3 shots. Arccos has helped contribute to this. The product is excellent and can really help you track your shots, providing realistic distances and taking into account wind speed and slope. It does have it's drawbacks - it won't work on my Samsung and we are still awaiting a system update that will allow it - I use on my i phone no issue and I have 3 sensors fail already. In fairness to arches their customer service has been excellent and they replaced all 3 sensors, no quibbles or questions asked. I love the product but for a such high tech solution product would have expected all the anomalies (sensors failing etc) to have been ironed out years ago.

In regards to the Samsung phone, the S20 was causing some issues which we have now managed to fix - please update the app and give it a go! Works somewhat. I'm not 100% convinced. I find myself making a lot of edits on the course. Misses a lot of putts or adds one too many quite often. Has me down for an over 300 yard drive. That did not happen. I just ordered the link, hope it helps with the errors. Question, should I remove the sensor when I practice to save battery life?

Hi Larry, thank you for taking the time to leave a positive review. We are sorry to hear that you are not fully convinced, especially with the putting. It is extremely hard for the sensors to know what is, or isn't, a putt due to the fine movements but our machine learning will try to make it more accurate with the more you play. We do hope the Arccos Caddie Link will improve your experience but please reach out to our customer experience team - starter@arccosgolf.com - should you need any assistance. We do not see the need to remove the sensors for practice, as long as you keep your unused clubs in your bag or with the grip below the head - the sensors turn off when upside down. Also, we guarantee the sensors for 2 years so should a sensor stop working within that time period we will replace it free of charge. Thanks again for leaving a review.

Great product and been able to lower my overall score so far. Couple issues with shot tracking but been able to add shots with the edit feature. In the end I had a hard time getting the shipment of my order/ sensors but after I got it i was extremely pleased with the experience so far.
