Impressive data analysis is waiting for me now after every round. I no longer need to think about recording info during the round allowing me to concentrate on the shot. ‘Caddie’ occasionally makes a rogue selection (5i into 122yd par 3! 👀) but on the whole very good indeed.

So far it's pretty accurate. If I did not purchase the caddy link I might have a different opinion. You still have to check shots as it might miss some.

Very useful to review after each round to determine distances and areas to improve.

Tracking of shots works well. Played 18 and it missed 2 shots. Clip for belt is terrible. Lost my first one in the first 4 holes of using it. I did not realize it until the end of the round and could not find it when we doubled back. Arccos gave me a discount on a replacement, but really feel they should have replaced it. Rigged a velcro strap on the new one.

I recommend the app and censors. It is difficult to edit on the course to account for lost balls/drops. Also doesn't seem to work if on a phone call. App has not drained my phone battery. It'S a pretty cool experience.

The system works fine. However I forget to start the system most of the time before my round and when I do start it, I have to make some corrections at the end of the round. I have emailed several times to cancel the service during my trial period, as I do not wish to continue the service. Have not received a confirmation of the cancellation as of yet. Please cancel my subscription before the end of my trial period.

It is great to give you real tendencies of your game. The caddie feature helps a lot as well taking into account yardage, temp, slope, and wind to put the right club in your hand for every shot.

Although I've only had the opportunity to use my device two times, I'm more than satisfied with the results. My only complaint is that on my last round, it didn't accurately count 2 or 3 of my balls that were mishit and landed in water hazards, or a few of my missed putts. Otherwise, I feel that the Arccos Caddie does a fair to good job at tracking my shots.

I really like using Arccos. While it hasn't really helped me lower my scores that much yet, the stats are eye opening. My favorite feature is the course preview. Very useful to plan out your round with before you go. The one thing that I have had issues with is not getting accuracy on the greens and it sometimes not registering the putt, I just guesstimate about where I putt from when I edit the round after. Also I have had about 3 sensors fail. One they replaced at no cost so far. I have not requested any new ones to replace the ones not working.

The concept is great and when it works it’s really a great tool for your golf game. The challenge is the tech can be glitchy. Tracking shots with the phone in your pocket works 100% of the time. I had one link stop picking up shots. To acrcoss’s credit their customer service is pretty good and they sent me another one. The Apple Watch tracking works once out of five times approximately and I can’t seem to sync up the app with my watch so I spend 2-3 holes messing with it before it’s too distracting and I give up. Despite the challenges I’ve stuck with it because when the tech works it’s a fantastic tool.

I'm enjoying the product. I'm three holes short of being able to use the Caddie feature. The Link sometimes misses shots and I'm not familiar enough with the product to quickly add a shot or correct. My advice would be to have a thorough how-to video on navigating the app.

I’m in the early stages of the trial. I had/have many questions but as I proceed thru the learning curve they are being answered, usually satisfactorily. Eventually I’ll use my one on one conference call to solve any major unanswered concerns.

I have used the Arccos system for a few years now. Last season just before it ended I received my LINK. The system is good but it doesn't always capture the shots. It's not really bad because it does make me replay the hole just like when I write the scores down. Anyway, I really like the system and have recommended to many people.

Does very well, occasionally doesn’t pick up a shot, but otherwise the data provided is phenomenal

The Caddie app itself is terrific app and offers significant information on every course I play. While other apps and devices offer similar information, The Caddie app is the easiest to use. In areas of limited cellular connectivity, the app may lose connection or may close, however, when restarted the app continues the round from where the connection was dropped. This is much better than a hard reset that occurs with some apps. Customer service is awesome.

I've used Arccos for just 11 rounds so far however it's enough to be able to identify the major benefits:- Pro: - Easy to set up and configure - Very good user interface - TONS of data available to analyse your game and identify actual strengths and weaknesses (I had a completely false impression of my driving skills, for examlle). - The browser UI gives fantastic visuals/layout - very good tips/feedback based on areas for improvement Cons: - Putter sensor dead on arrival - It's NOT clear that the putter sensor will not fit a Superstore grip, so immediately had to cut & glue one....if I change the grip this could cause problems - With the Link unit it misses at least 10 shots/round, requiring manual intervention. - The lack of Stableford scoring on such a sophisticated Microsoft platform is, frankly, pitiful and means I still have to use a second app to track scores. - It could also be integrated to the new WHS back-end in order to have direct success to one's formal hcap ID. Despite the failings, the data and Ask Caddie functions are excellent. Still early days so I expect a year from now it will have moved forward further.

When does my round timer start? When I hit my first tee shot or When I press "Start Round"? First tee shot would be the best time to start time. Today I was heading to the 1st tee, caddy link had to update and then it wanted me to update my credit card info, sorry, didn't have time, lost that round.

Overall the app works well and if GPS location was accurate at all times, this would be a perfect system. The main issue I face is my GPS location being off which makes everything worthless at that time.
