“The eggs weren't quite how we envisaged them, but I understand that that is probably a KF marketing decision. The boxes are quite badly put together, quite loose and not very well folded. The chocolate (I'm assured) is very nice.”

“Delivery for the 10 April actually received on 29 March, prompt, early and efficient. Quote was easy to understand Alterations that I wanted to make were accommodated. I dealt with Linda Muir. Overall all was well.”

“Linda Muir specifically made it happen for us. She managed the process throughout and kept us informed with progress reports. Linda went the extra mile to ensure we were happy with the pantone, taking detailed and specific photos with props to help guide us. Brilliant service we look forward to working with Linda again, she is a great asset to Arcadia.”

“Arcadia are extremely client-focused and they always deliver on time, and on budget. They're extremely good at interpreting a brief and coming up with ideas that we might like or may not have discovered ourselves. They also do a number of last-minute requests for us and it's never too much trouble. Arcadia are efficient, friendly and great at what they do - I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.”
