“My order was delivered promptly, and the person I spoke with regards to the order was very helpful. The product itself looked a bit cheaper than previous ones I've got and I felt that with a view products not looking as luxurious as I'd hope for our brand.”

I am sorry that the keyrings were sent to the incorrect address. Our acknowledgement advised the address we were sending the goods too, but to avoid this from being missed or happening again, we will amended the address on our system as shown on your Purchase order. I apologise for any inconvenience this has caused you.

“The eggs weren't quite how we envisaged them, but I understand that that is probably a KF marketing decision. The boxes are quite badly put together, quite loose and not very well folded. The chocolate (I'm assured) is very nice.”
