“This was our first instance using Arcadia and they did a stellar job. Linda in particular was instrumental in helping our vision happen by assisting us from the initial quote phase, to supplying samples and right through processing the order. Very communicate and answered every query rapidly. The turnaround for the product was also very fast, wouldn't hesitate to work with them again and would highly recommend.”

I am sorry that the keyrings were sent to the incorrect address. Our acknowledgement advised the address we were sending the goods too, but to avoid this from being missed or happening again, we will amended the address on our system as shown on your Purchase order. I apologise for any inconvenience this has caused you.
