I am sorry that the keyrings were sent to the incorrect address. Our acknowledgement advised the address we were sending the goods too, but to avoid this from being missed or happening again, we will amended the address on our system as shown on your Purchase order. I apologise for any inconvenience this has caused you.

“Linda Muir was an excellent first and ongoing contact for the company. Nothing was too much trouble and when we had a little problem with delivery, she sorted it out quickly and effectively. Linda is a real asset to your company and deserves praise. The whole process was really easy in terms of uploading the art work (the art dept did a fab job too) to receiving the merchandise. The only blip being the aforementioned delivery which was soon re arranged. The merchandise was of a good quality. We were particularly impressed and pleased with the vertical banner.”
