“Felt very mislead in what I was ordering, due to poor communication, was then left with little time to find an alternative. Was given very little information on dimensions, even when requested. Overall, not a great experience in ordering. Products are of a good quality, just wish the ordering process hadn't been so difficult.”

“Arcadia have always provided us with fast, accurate, and flexible order fulfilment for our wide variety of merchandising needs. We order clothing fairly regularly but also have other requirements which are more ad-hoc. Nothing is ever too much trouble. Special mentions to Kirstie and Charlotte, both of whom have made my life so much easier for years now. I simply don't need to go anywhere else.”
