“At Richard Hall Ltd, we are all extremely happy with the quality and speed of the service provided. From initial conversations about our project, to artwork approvals and then onto delivery tracking, Charlotte was extremely helpful and always got back to us right away. Products all looked even better than anticipated and Arcadia even managed to rush our last minute changes through just before Christmas! Very Happy.”

“My order was promptly dealt with; decent prices were quoted. The shipment arrived in time for a great event - so good turnaround time. One of the items has a logo that doesn't quite feel on brand despite colours given - we will look to rectify that in future. Overall, a good service”
