“Both my wife and myself thought the service from start to finish was excellent. Lee the plumber doing our job was excellent and asked for him specifically as he seemed very friendly, very knowleadgeable and knew his stuff. They were very accommodating to our situation of a new born baby and no heating or hot water and did the job in 3 days which was brilliant. Would certainly recommend to anyone and would certainly use them again. Thanks alot”

“Our heating system needed cleaning out because some of the radiators were not working properly so I looked on-line for the nearest heating engineers which happened to be Aquatek. We contacted them on a Thursday morning, they came to make a survey and estimate on the Friday and carried out the work the following Tuesday. So a very prompt and efficient service. We were told that the work would take approximately six hours to complete (which was accurate), it was carried out cleanly and effectively in the given time. Lee, the engineer was very friendly, unobtrusive and experienced. What more can you want? I would recommend Aquatek to other customers and would definitely use them again if I needed a plumbing or heating engineer.”

“Thanks Steve and James.Great job.The new boiler works so much better than the old one and all the radiators get hot now as opposed to just a few and not fully hot.Can't believe all that time I was paying British Gas that money every month and when it came to sorting the problems they were unable to do so.There quote was £825 more than your quote and they didn't tell me that the boiler would come with a manufacturers 5 year guarantee.I was told it would come with one year and after that I could give them £19 a month to cover it for longer,bloody cheek.Thank you Aquatek.See you next year when the service is due.A professional service as you explained to me not one of those 10 min services sticking a probe into the flue and flying out the door.All the best...”

“Excellent service. I had a new combi-boiler fitted in November last year. I live in a chalet bungalow and the fitter took out the old boiler in the kitchen and the water tank in the small loft space and fitted the new combi-boiler in the loft giving me extra storage space in both. The whole fitting was completed in two days with little fuss or inconvenience and at a reasonable cost compared to other quotes I had received. I highly recommend this firm”

“Called this company late on a Friday afternoon after being told by numerous plumbers they couldn't come out till Monday at the earliest (unless I wanted to pay emergency rates) and that I probably needed a new boiler even though they hadn't even seen it yet. Aquatek were happy to send an engineer straight away who arrived early evening and luckily for me fixed it on the spot. I was over the moon that they could fix it and that I never needed a new one! Happy to recommend to anyone!”
