“When moving premises last year we wanted to move from a boiler to a cooler unit but your sales rep was very poor at coming back to us he would reply to emails with one word that did not answer the question we had asked.
Then on collection of the old unit we requested a telephone call as you could not arrange to collect the unit before we moved this never happened and the delivery guy you sent had been sat outside our old premises for 30 mins he then couldn't install the cooler as he did not bring the right tools despite us requesting a site visit from the sales rep.
Now that the cooler is installed it it is fine despite not being the model we asked for.”
