“Dave has been out multiple times to our old jetwash and done a quick and professional job each time, now weve had a new jetwash installed and its been set up brilliantly and works a treat. always a good job and great customer service.”

“Every time Steve from Alpha Power comes out, he fixes our scrubber drier without any issues. He has excellent customer care skills, never rushes the job, and always takes the time to explain exactly what is wrong with the machine and how to maintain it properly. Nowadays, it’s rare to find someone who truly takes the time to do that. I would highly recommend Steve for a call-out anytime. DAVINDER”

“Complete waste of time sent a engineer that did not have a clue what he was looking at or doing. Cost a fortune to get them to have a look at a Nilfisk cleaning machine. I certainly would not recommend this company for anything Nilfisk. Refused to accept any reasonability for bad workmanship.”

We would like to clarify a few key points regarding your recent experience. All of our service technicians are highly trained professionals with a minimum of four years’ experience working across a wide range of cleaning equipment, including Nilfisk, and other leading industry brands. Our team regularly undergoes additional training to ensure we stay current with evolving technologies and best practices. In terms of cost, our service rates are benchmarked regularly against industry standards. In the majority of cases, our pricing is more competitive than comparable providers offering similar levels of expertise and support. Upon attendance, our technician conducted an assessment of the machine and after consulting with technical support, based on the faults observed, recommended the equipment be uplifted to our workshop for further investigation. This approach is standard practice when more in-depth diagnostics are required. At no point was any repair work carried out that could reasonably be described as poor workmanship. This was communicated with site. Alpha Power Cleaners Ltd has been operating for 28 years and built its reputation on dependable service and strong customer relationships. This is evidenced by numerous positive reviews and long-standing client partnerships. While we regret that your expectations were not met on this occasion, we do respectfully dispute the claims made in your review. We are always open to constructive dialogue and would be happy to discuss the matter further should you wish to resolve this more amicably.

“Alpha power cleaners came to fix our power washer and Dave Scales the engineer really knows his stuff. kept us informed all the way through the repair. Excellent job from dealing with the office to the engineer on site doing the repairs.”

“Great service from this company. Although the issue with our pressure-washer was not urgent, Steve the engineer was on site next day and quickly identified and repaired the problem whilst giving us clear and detailed advice on how to stop it happening again which he did in a very friendly and courteous manner (even if some of the questions we asked sounded stupid!!). We would thoroughly recommend this company.”

“Customer service is second to none. Communication is brilliant from both the office and engineers. We had a problem with some equipment and this was explained in full detail as to what could be done followed up with further information. Recommend them very highly.”

“The reason I’ve used these guys for years is the consistent level of exceptional service. Always quick to respond, never hard to get hold of and often offer short term solutions to keep us working (thinking on their feet) and all whilst remaining very reasonable on price. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.”
