“David Scales came and serviced our Karcher Scrubber Dryer. Booked in from the office on Friday and came as promised on Monday with a phone call from David when he was on his way. Fantastic service from David, great communication and expertise. Would highly recommend. Taylor Road Primary School”

“We started using Alpha Power about 2 years ago when our previous very well known supplier started billing us for repairs and damage on every hire. It quickly became apparent from the customer service and consistency, we were dealing with a company that made sure their first priority was customer satisfaction and long term relationships, rather than maximising profit at every turn. Rob and the team run a very efficient business, and have never let us down on all the different types of floor machines that we require as a business to clean floors from 100m2 to 100 000m2.’”

“Had a new power washer fitted by Alpha very professionally fitted great machine, only downside is you have to remember to release the pressure from the gun after use as it only goes into stand by when switched off leaving pressure in the line.”

“We have just had a new power washer installed by Alpha at our site in Leicester. Firstly they came out to give us a demonstration with a machine that would suit us, and from start to finish Lucy and Mick have been fantastic, and I would recommend Alpha to anyone. Thanks all”

“Alpha service and maintain our power cleaners onsite, we had a breakdown last week which was attended by Mick. He soon diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts to be fitted. He arrived on site early this morning with Ryan to install a new coil on one of our machines which was completed within a few hours. Always polite and helpful and responsive to call outs and break downs. Thanks to both Mick and Ryan.”

“This was the first time we had used Alpha Power Cleaners as they had been recommended to us, we wanted to clean the warehouse floor. So asked for someone to come and have a look at what size Scrubber Dryer we would need. Mick was very helpful and also suggested we have a floor sweeper to sweep the floor first which was brilliant picked up all the dust. They did us a good deal so we hired both items for the week. Will definitely be using them again. Happy customer :-)”
