“I enquired about a pair of western boots I was interested in. I’m in Brisbane so couldn’t visit the store. All staff, especially Flic were extremely polite, patient and helpful though out my several enquires. I was worried about sizing etc. Flic was terrific and went the extra mile to help me out. As an ex Adelaide-ian, I am proud to say the store is great.”
