“Staff very helpful when customers approach them however not very proactive ,store really feels overpacked with stock becomes uncomfortable to rummage through clothing looking for size or style ,very offputting.Confusing as to where brands are and how store is laidout for example is it ladies ,mens and kids seperate ,or brands with their own sections with ladies mens and kids mixed in ?so much promotional signage in store makes this determination hard to figure out .I had to approach staff to find out where to find certain items in store many times .Store needs less stock on the floor to present brands and stock better and create more visable layout for ease in shopping expieriance.”

“I placed an online order and paid for my order although I was limited to only 1 of the product I wished to purchase. Now, I have received a refund into my bank account - I am assuming that my order has been cancelled as I did not receive any notification that this had happened. I have made several rather large purchases (in person) from Allington's for quite a number of years now - I feel a little disappointed at the lack of customer service”
