“The young lady who served my daughter and I went above and beyond to assist us. She found exactly what we were looking for and checked in with us in the change rooms to see if any further assistance was required. We were very pleased with the high level of customer service.”

“I recently purchased two pairs of men’s Levi’s jeans through the Alingtons website. The ordering process was simple, straightforward, and easy to navigate from start to finish. The jeans arrived by post within a few days. One pair had minor damage, so I returned it to the store with my proof of purchase. The staff exchanged it promptly and without hesitation, making the process easy, efficient, and stress-free.”
