“website shows 28 cents for unisex classic however they charge 55 cents for it when it is selected ==== FALSE UNETHICAL PRACTICE ... ALSO website shows 1.65 for the unisex fashion option however they charge 3.30 for it when it is selected ==== FALSE UNETHICAL PRACTICE !!!”

“I placed an order for 9 small and 3 large on Saturday 7/24. I emailed on Sunday and Called monday today just to add one t-shirt. I'm told I have to cancel my order, wait 14 days for a refund and place another order. What kind of "LOVE" is that. Totally terrible service.”

“First off received an email 3 days after the order that they could not complete the order. Ok 5 shirts out of 60, how every very popular size. they did refund the cost of 5 shits. wish they would have notified me sooner with a chance to canceled the full order so I could go somewhere that could compete the order needed, cost difference of 5 shirts as only 5 shirts or part of 60 shirts has a difference of pricing. The order arrived Wednesday and all 25 Black shirts have the image upside down. the images on the package label and white shits are all correct. Messaged then on Wednesday and still Friday no word. Glad there is not an event where the shirts are needed this weekend. So far not a good experience. Takes days to get a response. Very unhappy and disappointed Bear”

“Ridiculous site. I place an order, you cancel it. No offer of another color or a reorder. Why not offer another color that IS in stock? Why not keep your site updated with stock?? Why make me call back in to order?? SO DUMB.”

“one price was quoted but at the end I cost 3 times what was advertised. It says get your first custom T-shirt for $2.95 but it ended up costing $24”

“These guys are the worst. Had shirts arrive looking like someone printed them with their ink jet printer at home and iron then on. No help when I try to call the rep. Not even an answer.”

“My full order was not completed so the price per shirt was much higher. They refused to substitute shirt color or even sizes in the same color. Additionally, the order was several weeks late. The shirts also shrunk at least one size. If that is normal, then the information should be stated so the order can be adjusted. It is hard to imagine how far done this company has fallen.”

“This is my 3 time ordering company shirts with over $400 order each time! the customer service is by far the WORST! all i want to do is take the design from my last orders and punk them on a different style shirt....EVERYTIME they tell me they cant help and there is no one higher that i can talk to! which means all of our company shirt orders are slightly different! this will be my last order! horrible experience each time”
