“Took three times to place order due a glitch on your end that was ch;anging the sizes of the shirts after placing the order (e.g., in the cart at checkout there were size Large shirts, but when the confirmation email came through it showed those shirts as size Medium). Unfortunately, your system does not allow any changes (even though the erro was on your end, not mine), so I had to cancel the full order twice before this was finally corrected the third time around. A system with more flexibiltiy would allow your customer service agents to be more helpful when errors occur, particularly because the refund of the original orders is not instantaneous, so my credit card is currently showing charges for three orders, rather than just one, although presumably that will resolve itself in a few days. However, for very large orders that could be quite problematic. So, just a recommendation that you might look into an ordering system/program that has a little more flexibilty to correct problems. However, I did appreciate that customer service reps were helpful to the extent that they were able to assist me, so this is not a criticism of them, just of your system itself which has a rigidity that is not customer-friendly.”
