“Listed parts on website as available for despatch, after ordering said they were unavailable. Had to be chased for a refund.”

“Website indicated stock at time of order, after one week and no delivery I contacted by phone to be told it would be delivered to Alexis filters by the end of the week, then out to me early the following week- approximately 10 days from order! I asked if I could collect asap when they received it, which was ok but no apology or postage refund offered - infact my concerns regarding timescale were met with astonishment that I thought it would have been quicker!”

“Insane accountancy system which automatically generates statements showing an outstanding balance when no money is actually owed. We use the same software and it does not do that to our customers. I can only assume yours is wrongly set up. In spite of good service and a quality product I will not be using you again for the reasons given above. I wonder how many more people have had a similar experience and will also not be using you again.”

“No reply to my email of 9 Mar which was an immediate response to you - text of emails follows "Please can you send a breakdown of what I've bought? I've only received 3 x Donaldson P777731 mounting brackets which are £6.34 each inc VAT on your website, so a total of £19.02 + p&p is owed. I did ask you for a fourth of the same to be included in the order but that has not been received —I still want another. Many thanks JT Dear Customer, Please find your latest statement attached. Please make payment of any outstanding balances as soon as possible. Thank you for your valued business ! Regards Alexis Accounts Alexis Filters Ltd"”
