“Order did not arrive , had to message twice to get a response , bad communication ,took a refund not prepared to wait any longer”

So sorry John, its been a complicated time with various factors beyond our control including; Brexit, Port issues along with a courier depot collapse. We can only admit we took our eye off the ball with this order. If there is anything I can do personally, I will ensure to look after your order beginning to end. “we were sent 2 wrong air filters then when i rung up to say they were wrong he said hed ring back in 5 minutes i'm still waiting”

Hi Nigel, as we discussed on Saturday, we are sorry we didn't call back late Friday. It took us some time to find the right filters you needed due to the machine you have takes the air filters we provided but as you know your machine has a different air box.
