Hi Richard I can see you ordered 1 fuel filter back in 2021 but as a heavy duty filtration specialist we have never supplied hoover parts. We had not received any feedback that your didn't receive the filter at the time? I am not sure this review is for the correct company?

So sorry John, its been a complicated time with various factors beyond our control including; Brexit, Port issues along with a courier depot collapse. We can only admit we took our eye off the ball with this order. If there is anything I can do personally, I will ensure to look after your order beginning to end. It took us some time to find the right filters you needed due to the machine you have takes the air filters we provided but as you know your machine has a different air box.
