“I have worked with Alexis filters for a few years now and would not go anywhere else. Their customer service in every department is second to none, problems are solved quickly and nothing is too much trouble. Their prices are great, deliveries are on time and with regards to oils and filters they can source pretty much anything. It is so refreshing to find a company that really puts the customer first, a huge thanks to the whole team. I look forward to working with you for many years ahead.”

“Excellent service ordered on Friday afternoon, and was delivered Monday, well pleased”

“Verifying and paying for the part was easy and it arrived within two days due to a courier issue. However for some reason Alexis had wrongly addressed it despite all the purchase and delivery paperwork being correct and it was actually addressed to our next door neighbours. Perhaps double check next time that the courier label address matches with the paperwork.”

“After a technical glitch at time of ordering the team worked tirelessly to resolve the issue promptly which mainly was out of there control, issue was resolved very quickly tho. Which was more admirable once the company director found out she personally took the time to call and make things right which doesn’t happen often. 10 out of 10 for customer service 👍👍”
