“Absolutely fantastic , I was selling a property but I was a bit nervous at first not knowing what to do or how to do it but Rebecca and her team were fantastic and they talked me through it, they couldn't have made it any easier all I had to do was sit back and relax I was updated on a regular basis either by telephone or email on the progress of the sale the next thing I know the sale is completed I would just like to thank Rebecca and her team for all the hard work behind the scenes I would highly recommend this firm as nothing was too much trouble Thank you”

“Used this solicitors for buying my house , selling my house , employment law in the past and now going through probate after I had insisted on this solicitors but Never again will I use or recommend . For such a delicate subject I would not recommend this company, very little empathy on the delicate situation, very little update on the situation no call backs , no response to emails, you might as well do it yourself Thankyou AFG for all your help NOT….”

“*Beware* Got a quote for conveyancing from AFG, giving full property details. Called to confirm the quote and double checked it all with them. Two weeks later, received an email to say the price would be almost £700 more! When queried, was informed that more work was required, they wouldn’t be able to lower the fee, no apologies at all! Found them very unprofessional and unfair. Word of mouth goes a long way ….. would never recommend from my experience.”

Hi Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We have spoken to our residential property team and understand that you had obtained the quote on behalf of a family member, who subsequently accepted the revised quote. The revisions were added to the quote once we had the full scope of work required from the seller’s solicitor, which differed from the original conversation you had with us. Several members of our team have spoken with you and have apologised for any confusion, in addition to offering a full explanation as to why particular elements incur a higher fee. Please note that AFG LAW had no control over the additional elements brought to light by the seller’s solicitor but in order to carry out your instructions they had to be included and required more time. We are sorry that you feel we were unprofessional and unfair. We pride ourselves on the transparency of our fees but in any situation a quote is only an estimate until we are armed with all information. We would never proceed with any instruction if a client was unhappy. For this reason we closed the file and did not charge you for any work undertaken on the matter.

“AFG Law have been absolutely faultless throughout our whole house sale and purchase! We had many stumbling blocks over the process and they were so patient, organised and helpful with everything! They were extremely thorough and made sure everything we needed was in place. No corners were cut and we finally ended up in the right property thanks to them! Would highly recommend. “Moving was honestly one of the most stressful things my partner and I have ever encountered, but dealing with AFG law made it that little bit easier. Rahil and the team were the only solicitors that we felt we could rely on throughout the whole process. We were kept informed of everything they did, the acted swiftly whenever anything new came through and they went above and beyond chasing slow solicitors dealing with the sale of our previous property. “My wife and I have used AFG law some years ago for home conveyancing. When we decided to move home again we did not hesitate to instruct the lovely team of Rebecca, Rebecca and Billy to look after our needs. We had a long chain comprising of 4 sales/purchases. “I can’t really describe in words the support and reassuring calm I received from Rebecca Manion and her team Rebecca Coles and Billy Makin during my 12 months of house purchase . The sale of my house went very smoothly but the house I was purchasing was layered with hurdles . We had moved twice while renting within 7 months of my sale . Eventually we moved in after 12 months of saying yes to the house . It was touch and go all the way due to septic tank issues , land easements and lots of other things . Rebecca Mannion was so professional and her attention to detail was impeccable with no stone unturned . Even if it was frustrating for us while renting we knew we were in safe hands for any future sale we may have desired . No matter what the vendors solicitors said , Rebecca knew every email and every timeline . Always correct ! Always on point . I’m forever grateful , it’s been worth the patience and I would recommend AFG to anyone especially if a complex purchase . Thank you”

“Excellent service, first with probate, which Anita saw through quickly and very efficiently, then the same great service with the sale of a house. I think the whole conveyancing went through within 6 weeks! Very pleasant and attentive staff. Definitely would use AFG again.”
