“Great service start to end. Ordered a stroller online, received emails confirming everything and the stroller arrived the next day in perfect condition, only issue was it was too big to fit in my boot. Took the stroller back to the store and the very helpful and friendly staff helped me find an alternative. Lots of great advice was given, very knowledgeable about the products and the stroller was exchanged with no issues.”

“Very impressed with my recent purchase. Prices are excellent and the delivery time was incredibly fast. I had contact from both the company and courier service right throughout my purchase up until delivery. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly when i called with a query. “We've had two wonderful shopping trips here, bought our travel system first and then nursery furniture at next visit. Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable, especially Emma who helped us both times! She spent time explaining everything to us (first time parents to be!) and we left very happy with our purchases. The lay away service is great too for spreading the cost out. Would highly recommend Affordable Baby Care to anyone and we will be visiting again soon!”

“I am absolutely in love with my buggy. I couldn't be happier! It's a Cosatto, ex display one, but was perfect, like new, with all the accessories and warranty. Amazing customer service from them from start to finish. They deserve more than 5 stars!!!”

“I hadn’t heard of Affordable Baby Care previously but after seeing good reviews online I ordered a car seat from them. After ordering the car seat I received a call from a member of staff at Affordable Baby Care to check I had ordered the correct seat for my isofix base. This kind of service you just don’t get from huge retailers and I was really impressed. I’ve now gone on to place a second order with them and will go to Affordable Baby Care first when needing something for my baby.”

“Unbelievably excellent customer service. My buggy was dispatched the same day and I was kept up to date every step of the way. My stroller was delivered the next day. I cancelled my order with another company and changed to affordable baby as I felt confident they would deliver on time.”

“Really impressed with this the service I received from affordable Baby Care. Ordered a Cosatto pushchair at a bargain price and it arrived via DPD the very next day. Had a query about the warranty so emailed and got a really speedy friendly helpful response. Would definitely recommend and would use again in the future!”
