“Been with Aerial now for well over seven years and had second to non-service, as long as you understand that you may end up extending your agreement with O2 then all is well. I buy my handset outright and happy to pay Aerial for customer service and support. Brilliant.”

“I have been with Aerial Direct for a good number of years now, and so far have received nothing but a perfect service from them. Even when they contact me regarding my contract or a possible phone upgrade, they are not pushy, but they are polite and very informative. Not your typical bullyish sales techniques I have received from others. I hope to deal with them for a lot longer.”

“The screen on my mobile broke and I couldn't get the Sim out to put in new phone. It took a couple of attempts to contact aerial through their online chat initially however they sent a replacement Sim. Michelle validated it quickly in new phone and now working again! Have been with Aerial for a few years and generally found them to be courteous and helpful.”
