“I had a question about my account for which I have called back three times. I had been told to expect a callback on my first 2 calls. Third time I just explained my question to Michelle, who happened to pick the call up, and she explained what had happened and reassured me I had nothing to be concerned about in the coming months. Michelle earned 5 stars but I felt Aerial Direct only deserved 4!”
