“An absolute disaster from the very start until the end ! Dropped my car off (no where to sit or work) despite there were 4 staff people sitting and stirring at me as I was asking for a work or rest space ! Anyway, I was told the repair would take 2.5 to 3hrs so I went up to the local Starbucks. About 1.5hr later I get a phone call from the garage informing me about an operator error who while removing the windscreen managed to cut electric cables that supply sensors and other electrical equipment. So I was told my car won’t be ready as they don’t have an electrician that could fix it. I was promised the car will be ready the following day by midday. The car was never ready by that time (got a phone call 2hrs past the agreed time) to inform me that my car is ready. No apology, nothing. Went to collect the car ! The new windscreen it looked like it was never cleaned ! Had fingerprints all over and the best of all, while I was driving home at 55mph I could hear a whistling and whooshing noise coming from my very new windscreen. An incompetence, lack of customer focus and complete lack of experience! AVOID at any cost !”

“Bunch of cow boys. Avoid this company. Had a windscreen replaced and it now leeks. They are refusing to look at it. Also the lost and broke a number of plastic panels when replacing the screen. Avoid at all costs.”
