“Until now I didn’t receive the order. I’m still waiting…”

Dear Alejandro, We are very sorry to hear that you have not yet received your order. Your order was sent on the 08/06/2023 via our Courier and looking at the tracking it was collected from us and never made it to their local depot. After investigating, it would appear that your order was lost in transit by our courier. (If you wish to email us on hello@3Style.co.uk I would be happy to provide all tracking details and information). As you can understand this is out of our control, and as we did not receive any notifications, we were unable to be more proactive and resolve the situation quicker for you. I have asked our warehouse to resend your order today via our International Service with Royal Mail, and make sure this is sent with a trackable service so you can keep an eye on the item. “3S offered to repair my grandson’s scooter free of charge. The only charge made was for postage. They helped identify what the problem was and were so very helpful. I have decided to purchase a new Scooter and will certainly get a 3S one again. I cannot recommend this Company enough!”

“The 3styleScooters is really good value for money. We bought our Granddaughter one when she was nearly 3 once she learned how to use she loved it and wanted to use it all the time, she even used it round my kitchen if it was raining. We have just purchased a further one for her as she is nearly 6 as a Christmas present which will be delivered to her by Father Christmas on Christmas Day. They arrive very quickly after ordering, the price is excellent with a discount for Black Friday. She now has two she can use, one at Granny’s house (the new one) and the older one at Mummy’s. Love the company. Brilliant !!”

“Bought a second 3 Style scooter for our second child (eldest has had hers 2 years) & love them!!! They enjoy racing each other on them. Had an issue with this second scooter & customer services have been truly amazing - thank you Geraldine & the team in the 3 style workshop; all sorted with speed and efficiency. My 2.5yo couldn’t wait to unpack the box and get back on it! Highly recommend 3 style.”

“I bought the purple size 2 scooter for my 5-year-old daughter for her birthday, its perfect and she picked up the steering really quickly. She's had it a month now and is scooting to school most mornings. Brilliant, sturdy scooter and fold easily to go in the car!”
