Unfortunately can't give a good review. Shipping was abysmal, Parcelforce worst company they could have used. Meant to be a birthday gift item was fake attempted twice allegedly, then it was sitting at depo for days. Wasted hours of my time calling parcelforce. Won't be buying again unless they change thier Shipping provider.

Dear Emran, We are very sorry for the delays you experienced. When we received your original message on Jul 27 at 08:02 AM, we responded within the same day and straight away (Jul 27 at 08:12 AM), advising that we would call Parcel Force and update you as soon as we have further information. We are sorry that much time was spent on the phone to the courier. There was no need for you to call them as we were doing so on your behalf, as instructed on our email. Following your subsequent 3 messages received at 08:25, 09:46 and 12:15, we responded advising that we called Parcel Force first thing to request a redelivery tomorrow and were just waiting for confirmation prior to coming back to you. We have been using Parcelforce for a long time and hardly experience delays like this. They have mentioned that this particular depot did have some operational issues which was beyond our control as we were not made aware of this until we called them to chase your order on its final delivery day. Parcelforce have provided GPS evidence for the attempts on 24/7/2023 at 7:56 and 25/7/2023 at 8:04, putting the driver at your address. Dear Alejandro, We are very sorry to hear that you have not yet received your order. Your order was sent on the 08/06/2023 via our Courier and looking at the tracking it was collected from us and never made it to their local depot. After investigating, it would appear that your order was lost in transit by our courier. (If you wish to email us on hello@3Style.co.uk I would be happy to provide all tracking details and information). As you can understand this is out of our control, and as we did not receive any notifications, we were unable to be more proactive and resolve the situation quicker for you. I have asked our warehouse to resend your order today via our International Service with Royal Mail, and make sure this is sent with a trackable service so you can keep an eye on the item.
