“Very helpful. Very good website but needs to be easier to find the spare parts - also needs to be clearer which set of instructions are needed. Very happy that spare parts are given out free of charge on occasion even after the guarantee has run out - maybe because I sliced my hand open!”

“Centralising spring for front steering wheels broken (unfortunately again - weak link in an otherwise superb kids scooter). Ordered new spring & it arrived 2 days later. Good service from the repairs department. Suggest that side pull or push springs be considered as better system for this job in future.”

“My daughter loves her 3-style scooter. It's cheaper than what most kids round here have, but hers has lights on the wheels too! We have now bought another for the younger sibling too. For me, their customer service has been truly excellent. They reply (by email) very fast and on each occasion I've contacted them have provided a good and instant answer (replacing parts free when under guarantee, directing me to their reasonably priced website when out of guarantee period).
