“Purchased an Elegoo 4 Ultra. Upon delivery I setup the printer only to find that my Sandisk USB drive wouldn’t work. I then attempted to print from the provided USB drive that came with the printer. Unfortunately nothing stuck to the build plate. Spoke with Steve who explained some issues with the USB drive and then conducted an exposure test which didn’t show any light source. Steve said he would arrange for a replacement but I have since decided that I’m not yet ready to replace my Mars 2 Pro. Return and refund arranged”

“excellent service - Items were delivered next day and exactly as described. My only comment is that the filament spooling leaves a little to be desired. the filament is not smoothly spooled, and sometimes snags and needs to be released/unsnagged manually whilst printing. slightly annoying but not worth dropping a star for”

“Ordered in the evening and received the printer the next day before noon. Very impressive. I had a problem with the hotend and emailed the team over the weekend, received a response the following monday then another message came the next day advising me to send the serial number for a replacement. This is when you know you are dealing with an excellent retailer.”
