Purchased an Elegoo 4 Ultra. Upon delivery I setup the printer only to find that my Sandisk USB drive wouldn’t work. I then attempted to print from the provided USB drive that came with the printer. Unfortunately nothing stuck to the build plate.
Spoke with Steve who explained some issues with the USB drive and then conducted an exposure test which didn’t show any light source. Steve said he would arrange for a replacement but I have since decided that I’m not yet ready to replace my Mars 2 Pro.
Return and refund arranged
