“What a fantastic company to deal with. From reception to product specialist (Steve) all very knowlegeable and helpfull. This is my first 3D printer and the advice I was given is second to none from selecting the right printer for my needs to getting it set up and running. The Enders KE I was advised to purchase works brilliantly and at 69 years of age even I can use it! So I would highly reccomend 123 3D and they will be my first port of call as I require more materials and such. Thank you 123 3D team.”

“Best 3d printer package deal I could find in UK. Courier service was fast (next day) and received regular email updates on status of my order and delivery. Not needed to contact 123-3d yet for support as the 3d printer has so far worked flawlessly out-of-the-box. Will be a repeat customer and will recommend them to others.”

“I orderd the Creality K1 Max shortly after 5 pm on the Tuesday and it was delivered before 11 am on the Wednesday - brilliant. In the toolkit was a USB drive and on that was a video on how to unpack, assemble and setup the printer, a really good asset, well worth watching. I used it as a step-by-step guide. I have it connected to my wired interenet and it works perfectly well. The test prints are really good but you would expect that. I have also printed some items that I have created using Tinker CAD and the results were really excellent. I'm very pleased with the printer. On another note; being unfamilier with the printer and some of its options I hade some questions that needed answers. I rang the company and spoke to Steve, he was most helpful and spent some time with me on the phone going through some of the settings. Really excellent service.”
